About the Artist
In addition to designing over 200 dolls and making and painting several hundreds by hand, Kerry Kate also designs and makes a line of stuffed print dolls that are for sale on Etsy. October Effigies has been featured in several films and videos like Rammsteins's "MEIN HERZ BRENNT", Ramzi Abed's THE DEVILS MUSE and Silent Ghost Cinema's THE GHOST OF SLEEP. Publications including DOLL MAGAZINE, VIAL, DARK CULTURE MAGAZINE and SPIN. Also the cover of the book HAUNTED LILY: The Nightmare Ball Her hand painted dolls have been sold and shown in galleries all over the world.

Info & Shipping

Hand Painted Dolls:
The hand painted dolls are individually hand painted by Kerry Kate with high quaility oils and acrylics. Since they take so long to make and paint they will not be offered as wholesale. Each one comes with a tag (pic below) and gift wrapped. Please see available dolls for sale in my Etsy store. Please contact me about commissions.

Stuffed Doll Prints:
All production is done by Kerry Kate and are made with high quality materials and equipment. October Effigies can be found on Etsy. I know longer wholesale to stores at this time but feel free to email me to see If I have time. Thanks!

Shipping
*I ship priority by default. If you would like standard please contact me and I will refund you the difference.
* All hand painted dolls will be insured and tracked.
* All out of county shipping will require a larger shipping fee please let me know if you are out of the states.
*Please make payment within 3 days or let me know when you can pay.

FAQ

Q. How do I care for my new doll?
A. The dolls are little art pieces.. The stuffed doll prints and the hand painted dolls will be happy living on your favorite display area out of direct sun light.

Q. Are they horribly fragile?
A. No not horribly.

Q. Do you still paint dolls by hand and sell them?
A. I do, feel free to check out what I have available in my Etsy Shop With more designs coming soon.... so feel free to contact me to see whats cookin

Q.Can I take your designs and use them without permission?
A. I am very interested in keeping my hard work mine. All patterns, pictures and designs are under copyright protection.

Q. I would like to have your dolls in my store/event/gallery.
A. I am mainly looking for Galleries to show my hand painted dolls in.

Q. I really like this one doll you hand painted that I saw in the Gallery, will you be reproducing it?
A. I hope to eventually reproduce most of the dolls that are on in the gallery and I will be designing new ones as well. Please feel free to join my facebook page or blogger where I will announce new dolls or check back often for updates.

Q. Can you design a line of dolls for my band/company/event/personal use?
A. Ive done some fun projects and comissions in the past. Please contact me.
